This song is dedicated to Christopher Fenech, and myself. Wishing I was there…

This may be somewhat old news but I wanted to make sure I posted it, just in case you haven’t heard it yet.

It’s been five years since The Strokes put out new music. But come next month, we will have a new full-length album, “Angles.” On February 9, The Strokes released their first single, “Under Cover of Darkness” as a free download. After “First Impressions of Earth,” I must say this track restores my faith in The Strokes. It’s bouncy, fast-strumming guitar riffs and quick tempo changes brings me back to the way I remember The Strokes. Good ol’ NYC post-punk rock that makes me wanna dance!
